RETURNS:
We want you to be delighted with you PacaPod, but occasionally we know you may want to return an item.
All items purchased from PacaPod can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. All the bags must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags attached and with the protective outer bag replaced.
RETURNS – DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged on arrival, please refer to the section entitled ‘How to return defective items’ below. If you are returning an item for any other reason you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Items purchased through a retailer selling PacaPod must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer following their particular return/exchange policy. Please follow the procedure set out below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return unwanted / exchange items
1. Please repack the goods securely using the packaging supplied and fill in the returns form attached to your despatch note, ensuring that the returns form is then included with your item for return.
2. Please use the return address label attached to the despatch note, stick this on your parcel and take it to your nearest post office, ensuring you obtain proof of postage for your parcel.
(If your PacaPod purchase does not contain a despatch note with returns form attached then please contact us at help@pacapod.com so that we can send you the relevant information and correct return address).
3. Please allow 10 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please be aware following the refund it can take up to 30 days for this to show on your credit card. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage).
4. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
5. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. We recommend you choose to send your item to us using a signature required delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item.
How to return defective items
Here at PacaPod, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.*
If the item is defective you should email help@pacapod.com with a description of the issue, please ensure you include your name and address to enable us to track your order and we will aim to respond with a suitable solution within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Unfortunately we cannot proceed with replacing or refunding a defective item if proof of purchase is not provided (if item was not purchased from our website or Amazon). After we have responded to your email we will advise you on the returns procedure.
*Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.).
