Free Standard Delivery via Royal Mail within the UK – please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Express 24 hours delivery within the UK – £6.95 – orders need to be placed prior to 2.45pm for next working day delivery (this service does not include weekend delivery).

Free delivery is by Royal Mail recorded service, please allow 7 working days for our standard free service. We endeavour to ship all orders that are in stock within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed after 2.45pm on Friday will not be shipped until the Monday. Royal Mail do not operate on Sundays and bank holidays. Goods will require a signature on receipt of delivery, if you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives a card will be put through your letterbox to enable you to arrange a re-delivery or collection at a time that suits you best.

Unless you use the Express Delivery, we cannot provide a tracking number or guarantee delivery by a given date. If you require an order to be delivered by a certain date we highly recommend using our Express delivery service. Please note we cannot guarantee Express 24 hour delivery to customers based in the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland (however any orders for these regions where the customer has paid for Express delivery should arrive within 48 hours).

As all deliveries require a signature upon receipt we don't recommend using a PO Box or BFPO address as your shipping address.

Cost £15.00 Delivery will be by Royal Mail and the goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. Please allow 10 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. We cannot give you an indication of any duty or taxes imposed on any individual country as these will be unique and may be in addition to the delivery cost, these will be paid for by the customer.

I love my Pacapod - I'm ready to go!

Thank you so much for sending my Pacapod so quickly. Once I had decided on the Sequoia I just couldn't wait to receive it and you didn't let me down. Baby is officially due tomorrow but I'm all set with my Pacapod ready packed with all it's handy compartments and labels - I love it, it's so me! :o) Would recommend Pacapod's to anyone - definitely worth paying that little bit extra for such luxury! I'm already thinking about which Pacapod I can get next time - I think it will be the Firenze! :0)

Excellent Product

I have just received my bag and couldn't be happier! I never thought I could be so excited about a changing bag! It is an extremely well thought out and well made product. The packaging was very good and it arrived very quickly. I am expecting my first baby in July and had looked around for a frat nappy bag. I wasn't overly impressed with what I saw in shops so decided to google baby changing bags to see what came up, I came across Pacapod and after reading the website I knew it was the one for me, it is even better in real life than I thought - love it!

Wonderful in every way.

I chose this bag initially on the style factor however now I realise it's true potential in a practical sense too. No compromise needed!
The Pacapod functionality is truly outstanding. The pods have helped to keep me organised whilst stylishly running round after 2 youngsters. There is plenty of room to store items for both children rather than taking 2 bags out with me.
I will definitely be recommending this bag to family and friends.

Amazing product

Hi,

My brother bought me the pacapod, he showed me the video & I loved the bag straight away. We looked through the designs & loved the sequio - mink. I was so excited when he gave it to me & couldn't wait to use it! I love the design, the concept, the versatility of it. I showed my sister in law & she had already seen it & said she wanted the exact same one! So I ordered it for her ;)
Her sharer in law & friend have also got the same one! Only thing is now I know four of us have got the same bag we've just got to make sure we don't pick up the wrong bag when we're all together!!

Looking forward to using it at every opportunity I get ;)

Stylish changing bag!

Being an organised person and having a love for handbags made the need to find the right changing bag for my first baby very important. I came across the Sequoia pacapod and fell in love, not only was it discreet and stylish it came with every organised well labelled compartment that you would ever need. It's my favourite baby purchase to date!
