DELIVERY SERVICES

Free Standard Delivery via Royal Mail within the UK – please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Express 24 hours delivery within the UK – £6.95 – orders need to be placed prior to 2.45pm for next working day delivery (this service does not include weekend delivery).

Free delivery is by Royal Mail recorded service, please allow 7 working days for our standard free service.  We endeavour to ship all orders that are in stock within 24 hours.  Please note that orders placed after 2.45pm on Friday will not be shipped until the Monday.  Royal Mail do not operate on Sundays and bank holidays.  Goods will require a signature on receipt of delivery, if you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives a card will be put through your letterbox to enable you to arrange a re-delivery or collection at a time that suits you best.

Unless you use the Express Delivery, we cannot provide a tracking number or guarantee delivery by a given date.  If you require an order to be delivered by a certain date we highly recommend using our Express delivery service.

Overseas Orders

Europe

Cost £15.00. Delivery will be by DHL and the goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. Please allow 10 working days
for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.  We cannot give you an indication of any duty or taxes imposed on any individual country as these will be unique and may be in addition to the delivery cost, these will be paid for by the customer.

Rest of the World

Cost £30.00 Delivery will be by DHL and the goods will require a signature on receipt of delivery. Please allow 14 working days
for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.  We cannot give you an indication of any duty or taxes imposed on any individual country as these will be unique and may be in addition to the delivery cost, these will be paid for by the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Undeliverable Shipments

It is the buyer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.  If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering, or failure to respond to calling cards left by the courier, the package will be returned to PacaPod.  Please note it is not the courier’s responsibility to attempt to contact the buyer to obtain the correct delivery address.

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund to the buyer.  We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you’re welcome to place a new order on our website.  For reasons of account security, we cannot permit buyers to change their shipping addresses after an order is placed.

Weather

In the event of severe weather conditions deliveries may be disrupted and take longer than normal to reach their destinations.  In this event please be patient and allow 7 working days before contacting us.  During severe weather conditions we cannot guarantee Express Delivery within 24 hours.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by a valid credit or debt card and is cleared online with Pay pal Pro (link to www.paypal.com) using a secure server, or your can use your Pay pal account.

Alternatively you can place an order over the phone. Please call 0844 351 0222 we accept Delta, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. Please have your card details available.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

RETURNS:

We want you to be delighted with you PacaPod, but occasionally we know you may want to return an item.

All items purchased from PacaPod can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. All the bags must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags attached and with the protective outer bag replaced.

RETURNS – DELIVERY CHARGES

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged on arrival, please refer to the section entitled ‘How to return defective items’ below. If you are returning an item for any other reason you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Items purchased through a retailer selling PacaPod must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer following their particular return/exchange policy. Please follow the procedure set out below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return unwanted / exchange items

1. Please repack the goods securely using the packaging supplied and fill in the returns form attached to your despatch note, ensuring that the returns form is then included with your item for return.

2. Please use the return address label attached to the despatch note, stick this on your parcel and take it to your nearest post office, ensuring you obtain proof of postage for your parcel.

(If your PacaPod purchase does not contain a despatch note with returns form attached then please contact us at help@pacapod.com so that we can send you the relevant information and correct return address).

3. Please allow 10 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please be aware following the refund it can take up to 30 days for this to show on your credit card. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage).

4. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

5. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.  We recommend you choose to send your item to us using a signature required delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item.

How to return defective items

Here at PacaPod, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.*

If the item is defective you should email help@pacapod.com with a description of the issue, please ensure you include your name and address to enable us to track your order and we will aim to respond with a suitable solution within 24 hours (excluding weekends).  Unfortunately we cannot proceed with replacing or refunding a defective item if proof of purchase from an approved supplier is not provided.  Please note all purchases made on eBay are not through approved suppliers.  After we have responded to your email we will advise you on the returns procedure.

*Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.).

Privacy

We respect the sensitivity of your personal information and will not share or sell your personal information to other parties. In order to process
your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep
a record of this information and we will also keep records of any emails you send to us.

We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes.

Credit Card Security

Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, Pay pal Pro. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered
on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, but slight variations in the goods may occur. Variations in actual colours may vary depending upon your monitor when viewing the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

PacaPod cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website or product. This statement does not affect customer’s statutory rights.

Leather Care

Due to the implicit characteristics of natural leather, slight imperfections and colour variations may occasionally appear. This is normal and should not be mistaken for a defect, it simply enhances the beauty and individuality of the leather.
