Delivery Services
Standard Delivery
Cost: Free. Delivery will be by Parcel Force for all bags and by special delivery for all other items. Please allow three working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.
Next Day Delivery
Cost £8.00. Delivery will be by Parcel Force. If you order by 2pm we will send your goods to arrive the following day. Orders placed on a Friday, Weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day to arrive the following day. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.
Overseas Orders
Europe
Cost £15.00. Delivery will be by UPS and the goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.
Rest of the World
Cost £30.00 Delivery will be by UPS and the goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.
Returns Policy
All items purchased from PacaPod can be returned within 21 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. All the bags must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags attached. For all returns or exchanges, please note that the postage charges are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by PacaPod (e.g. wrong item/colour). Items purchased through a PacaPod retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer following their particular return/exchange policy. Please follow the procedure set out below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return
1. Please repack the goods securely using the packaging supplied and send to:
PacaPod returns, WLG (UK) Limited, Unit A, Horsefield Way, Bredbury Industrial Park, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 2TD
2. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.
3. We will email you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 21 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods( but not the postage), or an exchange credit as required.
4. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
5. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
Privacy
We respect the sensitivity of your personal information and will not share or sell your personal information to other parties. In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We will keep records of any emails you send to us.
We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes.

Credit Card Security
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, Paypal Pro. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.

Variations in actual colours may vary depending upon your monitor when viewing the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

PacaPod’s total liability for any claim how so ever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by PacaPod to the customer. PacaPod shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. PacaPod cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website or product. Customers statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.
