Job Title: International & Key Accounts Manager
Salary: £28K - £38K + bonus depending upon experience

We are looking for a professional individual with an ability to communicate clearly with our customers, distributers, partners and agents at all levels. You will be organised, strategic, charismatic and driven in your approach to your work and will demonstrate enthusiasm and flexibility within your role.

Main purpose of job:

The primary focus of the role is to drive sales and build on our already very solid base of international and UK B2B customers.

Main Responsibilities:


Primarily, to drive the growth of international sales:

  • Building and managing key distributor and agency accounts to maximize growth and revenue.
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with new and existing retail customers
  • Identifying, sourcing and on-boarding new distributorships, and agents in relevant markets.
  • Identifying creative routes and channels to market where appropriate.
  • Client negotiation and creatively approaching problems
  • Planning and delivering product training; updating on product features, and additions to the range each season.
  • Organising and attending international tradeshows - Liaise with all partners, and arrange regional meetings where relevant.
  • Travel to regions where appropriate.
  • Maintaining CRM tools, and client base
  • Delivering a structured business plan for international sales, and reporting directly to MD.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and pipelines for each agency and distributorship. Reporting weekly / monthly.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with other teams to communicate sales information, logistics and marketing.
  • Ensuring all stockists listed for each region on website.
  • Manage agreements/contracts and legal requirements for each region.
  • Working as a brand ambassador globally 

USA & Canada

  • Manage, support and grow the revenue from existing key accounts.
  • Nurture and build relationships.
  • Manage regional Agent/s, provide training, set targets, and general support.
  • Vendor documents, Contracts and terms negotiation.
  • Research, introduce new key accounts, and manage product selection.
  • Liaise with all members of the team regarding stock availability, logistics and marketing
  • Research competitors, and consumer trends.

UK & Ireland 

Primarily to increase revenue from existing retailers, manage key accounts, and to add new business:

  • Manage UK distribution strategy (Online/Bricks & Mortar).
  • Seek out, research, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage, build, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Road trips, training, and customer visits.
  • B2C Baby Shows
  • Supporting retailers and key accounts with promotions, events & liaise marketing support.
  • Respond to all new sales enquiries, and validate
  • Maintaining CRM tools, and client base
  • Reporting on Customer feedback, issues, and correspondence
  • B2B key account negotiation and contracts management.
  • Keep up to date with Competitors, aware of new products introduced to the market. Aware of Marketing activities, promotions and developments.
  • Follow social media to monitor Competitors activity and identify threats and opportunities.
  • Strategic planning, forecasting, analysis and report management. Reporting sales monthly sales figures. Forecasting a clear annual target, measurable by month.
  • Monitor websites, price variations, brand and product misrepresentation.
  • Networking with like-minded brands within the Nursery industry. Be aware of developments in the industry. Attending SW Cluster Group, and relevant events, and opportunities.
  • Manage Key Accounts, forecasts, product selections, incentives, and promotions.
  • Liaise with all members of the team regarding stock availability, logistics and marketing
  • Ensure price lists and catalogues are supplied with launch of season.
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure up to date POS and images are provided to each customer.
  • Promotion of new launches, and style updates.
  • Working with Sales Support to provide, and be aware of:
    • Order processing
    • Distribution of Stock lists, and updating availability
    • Liaison warehouse, and logistics
    • Account overview of order frequency, and bag styles most ordered.
    • Customer support.
Demonstrating a clear understanding of the strategy and vision for PacaPod.

    Knowledge, skills and experience required:
